It is a beautiful hotel with perfect service! The restaurant quality is also very good including live music in the evening. The breakfast could be a bit better. The cake was very dry, French toast was not included and needed to be paid additionally (€14). For such a hotel my expectation is that French toast is included in the breakfast. The beach area is very beautiful and the beach beds are very comfortable.

This property was beyond our expectations. Not only were the staff friendly always, the hotel gave back to its guests. Unusual in my experience. Breakfast and beach lounges included in the room rate. Pop sickles or watermelon passed out to cool you while you sunbathe as well as water. Live music every evening. The town itself totally walkable. Wonderful wonderful.

The hotel was excellent overall but we were disappointed with the availability of English language TV. There was nothing apart from a Nigerian channel in English. Not even CNN or BBC world service. After several complaints I finally got access to YouTube on the final night of our stay.

The Grand Hotel Alassio Resort & Spa is a wonderful, classic hotel which lived up to its name. Built in 1897, it is completely modernized. The lobby is open directly with two waterfront restaurants, a waterfront bar, and a private beach. We had a beautiful room with an elegant bathroom. It was extremely clean. Breakfast was served daily in a stunning solarium which had tables both inside and on the beach. The Spa is a tremendous feature for this hotel which is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea. Mr. Alex Cancel, the Director of Guest Relations did a fantastic job - he personally made sure that we enjoyed all of amenities of the hotel. We found all of the employees to be extremely friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay at the Grand Hotel Alassio in the future and hope to return to the Italian Riviera..

Nous avons passé un week-end en couple dans cette hôtel au bord de l’eau. Le personnel est dévoué, attentif et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable. Hors saison, le SPA avec son sauna et hamac est idéal. C’est un endroit idéal pour passer un moment hors du temps.
