Here’s a polished and professional version of your motel review: *** My stay at this motel was not quite what I expected. Upon arrival, it appeared that some long-term or homeless families were residing at the property, which gave it a less traditional lodging atmosphere. The on-site restaurant is set up in the parking lot, but the food was actually quite good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I had multiple issues with the room keys — they kept malfunctioning, leaving me locked out several times. On my last night, a staff member I flagged down had to literally pry the door open to let me in. When it came time to check out, there were no staff members available at the front desk for me to share any feedback or concerns. The motel’s location itself is excellent, conveniently close to plenty of retail stores and dining options. The room was initially clean, but I did discover two roaches in the bathroom during my stay, which was disappointing. Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, the maintenance, staffing, and cleanliness issues made this stay far from ideal. The pictures on the site are not what you will find when you arrive. That I can promise you!

this place does not look like the photos on the site. it is in the ghetto with a very uneasy feeling as soon as you pull in. We went to the first room it had a pull out couch the mattresses had no sheets or blankets and it was stained like it was a prison cot. We went back to the desk and were given a different room and cockroaches were crawling around the bathroom and behind the t.v. stand on to the dresser. This place should be torn down and these travel sites should not have them listed it's disgusting we had to pay 250.00 a night for the Hilton because everything was booked and we were lucky to get that.

I didn't take any photos, the room wasn't worth it, everyone from staff that talked to us was beyond rude, the rooms weren't even cleaned properly, we stayed for a few weeks as we had no other choice, brought our own cleaning supplies and deep cleaned on our own and found several wrappers and a pacifier even that clearly didn't belong to us as our youngest child is nearly 10 and never even used a pacifier, they don't have the pool they claim to have and haven't in well over a year, there breakfast is a joke and should only be called a snack at best, and the fitness room they brag about is 2 machines. They should be sued for false advertising.
