I had a slow drain in my bathroom sink that was never fixed and I stayed there a week. Also too they got new TVs that are smart TVs, but you couldn’t connect to YouTube or Netflix. When I asked them about it, they didn’t know how to fix it. Housekeeping did not vacuum my room for four days and made the bed only once when I was there. Also, too, I had an empty conditioner dispenser in my bathroom. I notified them about that and they still never refilled it, until the following day

Room wasnt great and the breakfast was horrible for the price of the room. They also had people outside of the hotel by back entrance sleeping in there cars being very loud.

I asked for and received an accessible room. I was very happy with the walk-in shower. Your staff was wonderful---very friendly. The breakfast was good and the lobby was beautiful. Already decorated for Christmas. There was not one thing to complain about!

Decent price. Older hotel. Front desk and staff were nice. The room wasn’t thoroughly clean because the trash can in the bathroom still had someone’s hair and trash in it. The carpet is dirty. Decent enough for a fellas trip but my wife will not come back.
