My grandbaby was admitted at BSA, Days Inn was a perfect option. The situation was very stressful, it was nice to be able to relax in a clean, quiet and comfortable environment after leaving the hospital. Thank you for such an inviting and peaceful place.

No Elevator, Motel Not Hotel, Drafty Door

It was not advertised that they have NO ELEVATORS. We also did not know the rooms opened to the outside (motel not hotel). We are both handicapped, and the room was prepaid. If it hasn't been 2am when we arrived, we would have gone elsewhere. Also, large gap under door allowed the freezing air into our room all night.

Easy stay

Quiet hotel with comfortable and clean accommodations. The front desk employee helped me to find the nearest stores that had what I needed. Service like that just doesn't happen much anymore and I was very impressed.

First time in Amarillo.

Friendly staff. Good area close to mall and restaurants. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. I can hear my neighbors and cars in the parking lot.
