17th floor- spa room. Hotel was lovely and clean. Room was beautiful with an amazing view of the city from the top floor. The only downside would be that although they provide tea and coffee in the room you have to ask for cups and milk and then cleaners take dirty mugs but don’t replace them. And for paying a bit extra for a more premium room having toiletries like shampoo and conditioner would have been a nice touch. Other than that, staff were lovely, hotel was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus. Lots of roadworks and construction in the area but we didn’t hear anything in the hotel and it didnt impact us at all. Tram only a few minutes walk away into central station which was handy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Ok hotel but not worth the money. There was no conditioner in the shower and the body lotion smelled old. Nothing in the minibar. Always Long wait times at the reception. Always long waiting time for the elevator. The breakfast was ok but nothing more than that—plates and jars were often empty. The location is ok. Nice to have a sauna and a hot tub in the room.
