Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was super clean, the bedding was fresh, and the bathroom was surprisingly big and spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made things really easy. The wellness area was a nice touch — great spot to relax. Plus, the amenities were solid and made the stay even more comfortable. Would definitely come back!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the security made me feel safe and comfortable at all times. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. The location was also perfect—not far from everything I wanted to see and do in Amsterdam. It was convenient to get around, whether walking or using public transport. I’d definitely stay here again!

Bad odour from bedsheets

Great sized rooms but there was a terrible odour in the room during our stay from the bedsheets which are not washed properly and from the towels was very unpleasant. Wouldn’t come back

Excellent hotel - the food was outstanding and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a brilliant stay. Highly recommended. We will be happy to book again next time we are in Amsterdam.

We loved this hotel! We stayed for our honeymoon and they made it sweet and special for us. Clean, large, modern rooms, with everything we needed. The sky bar was also really cute! I personally loved the fashion theme and the pop up shop in the lobby! The location is not in the city center, but I almost liked that better because it is so quiet there. Its a very short walk to the easily navigable tram. Would definitely stay there again!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. I appreciated the convenient luggage storage and the hotel’s proximity to public transport. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable — perfect for a restful night. Will I return in the future? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to friends and family? Yes, without hesitation. Suggestion for improvement: It would be great if slippers were provided in the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when booking a trip. The rooftop bar was lovely. Dining room for breakfast was great, fantastic choice of breakfast items. Downside : as I was so looking forward to the swimming pool to find it closed really annoyed me ,as my Son was there 1yr ago and it was closed then also. The pool was the reason to choose this hotel, as my son said the hotel was lovely and we thought by the time we go the pool should be open/ fixed ....

Excellent 4* hotel with a bar and restaurant then another bar on the top floor with superb views. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The most outstanding part of our stay was the staff, who made our time very special for my partner’s birthday. They were also friendly and attentive. Finally, the location was ideal. Tram stop is a small walk from the hotel and goes right into the centre and to central station, as well as a direct line to museumplein. The hotel is also a 10 minute walk from Vondelpark. We didn’t explore the local area (surinameplein) but it looked pleasant. Would gladly stay here again!

The Westcord Fashion is a new, themed hotel with lots of amenities and spacious, well-designed rooms. Two bars (including a 10th floor one with an amazing view), pool, and gym. The rooms are huge by European standards with a rain shower and full-size bathtub. Try to find that in Paris for an affordable price! Having a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room are additional perks. The daily cleaning was thorough and prompt. Front desk staff are not just courteous, they’re friendly and eager to help. Really the only drawback to the hotel is its location. There are no bars or restaurants nearby and if you don’t like walking, you need to take a 15-minute or so tram ride to get to the museums and tourist sites. On the plus side, the location is quiet and safe. Overall, a fine hotel.
