Great Location, Unacceptable Service and Cleanliness Issues Overall Rating: 2/5 Stars The location and views are excellent, preventing a 1-star review, but the stay was highly disappointing. This hotel has major deficiencies in cleanliness, follow-through, and basic hospitality. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and the common areas were dirty; trash was visible in the closed upstairs lounge/restaurant at 9 AM from the night before. This level of visible dirtiness is unacceptable. Service was rigid, enforced by a strict 4:00 PM check-in. The biggest failure was a pre-booked and confirmed birthday surprise my wife arranged. It was absent from the room. When she called, the staff's shocking response was, "Oh, yeah, we didn’t get to it," with no apology or empathy. This ruined the surprise element entirely, causing unnecessary distress. Additionally, we were told about the $25 daily credit for food/beverage but were not told it must be used daily or forfeited, a misleading omission essential for planning. Check-out was equally cold: fast, but devoid of courtesy. There was no "How was your stay," only a directive: "You will get an email with the invoice." The front desk was often unattended, yet the staff showed a systemic lack of warmth and care. Management must urgently address these cleanliness, communication, and staffing issues.

The room was super clean, love that it was close to Disneyland however, the $25 credit that they lead you to believe they give you is not a credit. You actually charged it whether you use it or not it’s an additional hidden charge included with incidentals.

The hotel is nice and clean. The market place is convenient although expensive. They give you a 25$ credit each day that goes towards food which is helpful. A few things in our room were broken, towels hangers in the bathroom, toilet seat, bathtub drain etc. not a big deal but you would think they would have these fixed for guests. Also little things like not replacing water bottles in the fridge each day. The park view is not much of a view as it’s quite far and you can’t really see the park .. it was nice to see the fireworks but as it’s off season the fireworks are not every night. The shuttle to the park is easy to use but can be busy and slow at night. Also the laundry room is disgusting. I don’t think they have ever cleaned the washing machines or dryers.
