The room was lovely! They honored the free parking since it was listed as an amenity included through Expedia. Otherwise it was $38 a day for self park and like $52 valet. They charge you $25.00 a day resort charge, but you can redeem the $25 food and beverage credit on site, it wasn’t clear that this was a charge though. That would be the only complaint. Watch out for the parking charge if you don’t have it included and be aware the $25 food and beverage credit is not included they charge you that and if you don’t use it you lose it. The lady at the front saw we only used it once so she did let us use it on check out for one of the $25 fees, that was sweet of her since that is the only day you can’t use it. If we stay again we will be aware of this. Also when calling the front or housekeeping, no one answers from hotel phone. Had to go to the front desk to request towels. Also we were disappointed the rooftop is for adults only, we wanted to watch the fireworks as advertised in the photos. I think they should provide a section for kids allowed. It’s pretty lame not to. I know there are a lot of “Disney adults” and that’s great, but Disney is for kids first and a hotel marketing Disney should offer rooftop fireworks viewing for kids too! Overall, great stay and would stay again as long as free parking. No one is trying to pay to park in a place you are paying to stay. Seems greedy IMO.

The room was nice but the air conditioner didnt function well at night it was also really difficult to find someone for washcloths housekeeping items. We were also charged additional taxes and fees for the days we were there. One of the resturants was closed so dinning options were very limited.

Newer property with really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with gluten free options if needed. Good parking plus access to Disney shuttle run by the city. It is walkable but we chose not to as you have to walk under I 5. Nice view of fireworks. Rooms were modern and roomy. Needed extra cleaning for such a new hotel room

Rude staff, dirty sheets and I was charged an additional $800 at checkout in “hidden” fees - not a single employee can tell me what all of these charges are for and I am unable to reach a manager. The manager was never available during my stay and is not available when I call.

Everything was great. I would like to highlight the outstanding attitude of Ashley, the receptionist. After checkout, I asked the African American woman who was helping me a question about a credit/charge on my account that I didn't understand. Her response was blunt and curt: "Use it or lose it! And you already lost it by not using it." I left... but I returned immediately, and since she was busy with another customer, Ashley offered to help me. Not only was she cheerful and happy to assist me, but upon understanding my lack of knowledge about this credit, she explained it to me and went even further: she deducted it from my bill. This wonderful person made my day with her great attitude and cheerful manner.
