Check-in took awhile because they looked understaffed. The carpets needed to be vacuumed but otherwise hotel appeared clean and is better than a lot of hotels servicing Disney visitors. Really liked that they allowed a late check-out because I’m a Bonvoy Marriott member. Liked the pool/jacuzzi area, size of room and room amenities and cleanliness. Would stay again.

15 minute walk to Disney. It looks fancy and new but a lot of shortcuts were made. There was poor bathroom design that resulted in water pouring out of the shower every time you used it. There were signs of wear and tear (scuff marks, paint chipping, etc.). It’s next to the highway so fairly noisy when using the outdoor amenities. Strange hours for the restaurant (not posted anywhere in the hotel that we could see) and an out of date menu online. The communication from staff was not the best, they gave the bare minimum answer and didn’t go above and beyond (when asking about the ART bus system their reply was that it went all over Anaheim, which we found was not the case). Overall it got the job done but we wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.

This was one of the most lovely, economical hotels. I’ve ever stayed at in Anaheim. I love that it was dog, friendly, clean, and the wine tasting at happy hour was above par. The only thing I would have to complain about is the parking fee. We’re already paying taxes, other fee fees, why must they charge for parking as well? This would be the only thing that it toward me from going there again.

There was a surprise $45 parking fee ! and a $250 hold for accidentals … usually is just $100 even for hotels that are much nicer … otherwise the hotel is nice , new and clean . It’s right next to the highway so can be noisy , the area around is kind of industrial and not walkable at all
