Extremely old looking and not well kept, the elevator was super dirty and the trash can outside the elevator on our floor was splashed with something awful and all over the wall. No way to eat nearby and they were not willing to drop us off in their shuttle somewhere to eat on the way to the airport (we had no car since we were waiting for our daughter, who had rented a car, to arrive the next day). The staff was friendly but slow.

Disrespectful and didn’t notify of up charges for extra person. Requested rollaway and was told at the location at check in that it wasn’t allowed even though we called ahead to confirm. My son had to sleep on the pad in the window sill😳 because we had no other option because we didn’t arrive until after midnight (flight delays).

The cleaning products used are strong and dont smell good at all. We had to open our window and leave for a few hours when we got there the smell was triggering our son's asthma ... There was broken glass chunks on the stairs and much all over the elevator. It looks like these areas hadnt been cleaned in awhile. Staff was friendly at least. The breakfast was a nice feature. And close to airport.

Well, i'll start with the positive- the refrigerator and microwave worked. Also, the toilet flushed, so those are all plusses. However, the room was not clean, the faucet was loose, and there was a hole in the wall. Oh, and the elevator broke down. Still, the price was less than other hotels, and parking was free, so you have that.

The air conditioner did not cool the room down, and the elevator does not work. We had to bring up 3 pieces of luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The toilet did not flush properly, so we had to buy a plunger. The coffee was weak and artificial creamer.

It’s a very clean Hotel. Everyone was very nice. Check in person made sure our family had rooms right by each other. We were very happy with our stay.

The elevator did not work and the staff acted like it was no big deal! We stayed before going on a cruise and had to carry 2 large bags up 3 flights of stairs and no staff offered to help. Also when we checked in at 9:00 PM there was no staff at the front desk so we just stood there waiting for 15+ minutes.
