Not a good value, but a workable situation.

There was signficant staining on the carpet, the bathtub was dingy, the non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. It was FINE for a night, but I was unimpressed overall, especially at a $200 price point

Staff was really nice. Our room however reeked of cigarette smoke which eventually died down after turning the ac unit on and some air freshener. But the sheets still smelled of smoke and the room was a non smoking room. Ac unit was quite noisy at night as well. Good enough for a quick one night stay and bed was comfortable enough.

No shuttle service for our early flight

We signed the shuttle service roster for our early morning flight and were ready in the lobby as requested 10 minutes prior, bur no shuttle showed up and there was no one at the front desk either. We called the hotel, called on the intercom but there was no response. We ended up having to call an uber. We were pretty stressed and disappointed.

Almost missed our flight because the shuttle bus didn’t get their brakes fixed and we had to load and unload into a smaller vehicle that only held three passengers.

There were not enough bath towels, hand towels or washcloths for each guest to have one. There was hair on the sheets, (not ours), there was trash on the floor when we entered the room, the air conditioning/heater unit rattled and made a lot of noise and the stay ended with the shuttle being so late that we had to take an uber to the airport. One of the worst stays I’ve had anywhere.

Ok but not great, kind of dirty

Their airport shuttle drivers were great and super convenient. The condition of the property isn’t fantastic and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. On arrival we could tell our room had not been wiped down. The sheets were clean and the bathroom sink was clean, but the tub and countertops still had coffee rings and Shampoo, etc. on them. We stayed here two different nights on each end of our trip. The second night we were assigned to the exact same room and it was a little cleaner but still not clean. Tons of dust on the fan, the baseboards, etc. The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable enough. Breakfast looked gross and we didn’t even try it. Went down the street to the restaurant and had a great breakfast. If cost is prohibited, it’s definitely not the worst place. I’ve stayed, but if you can spend the money to upgrade somewhere else I would.
