The payment system for room service, laundry, and the restaurant is 0-star, as they rush you through the bill and ask you to sign papers for paying with a card not requiring a pin. The same person correcting the bill told me that guests run away without paying and that I may not pay it later or "I might forget it,” which later he apologized for, saying it was just a joke. It's truly embarrassing. Please respect guests; they are not friends or acquaintances. The staff should conduct themselves professionally. The jokes you made can be not funny for some people.
