The hotel itself is very nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and well-kept facilities. The front desk staff was especially friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and the overall stay enjoyable. However, the experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The restaurant staff lacked friendliness and attentiveness toward hotel guests. While it’s understandable that the restaurant may be busy due to weddings or being a popular tourist spot, hotel guests should still receive more attentive and courteous service. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable lack of service and engagement. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but improving the restaurant service and staff friendliness would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Unbelievably beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Antigua. My only regret was that we did not have more time to enjoy the grounds. Beautiful rooms, common areas, restaurants and gardens. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
