I thought checking in there was a VIP welcome or something like tht with the room. I saw others receive it. Instead, I checked in with a colleague and learned they had breakfast included and I did not. I was paying a higher "VIP" rate. So not welcome drink. And no breakfast. Whatever. Its a nice facility. Unfortunately the glass museum is closed and the pharmacy museum was closed. So there was jsut the colonial art and silver. Hoepfully it will improve.
