Friendly staff and easy check in but hotel still under construction so a mess. Room not updated-- furniture, beds and sofa bed old and worn. Halls smell of pot. Breakfast ok, staff friendly and kept area clean

It was the worse stay I have ever experienced. It’s was under renovation. It was very dirty and on top of all that issues. We caught bed bugs. In our room. Had to leave in the middle of the night. Terrible terrible

My experience with this hotel was no so good. The staff was good. The kitchen sink was leaking, the back to the remote was missing, breakfast was not good, bugs came out of the microwave,toilet seat was broken,the phone cord was missing and the phone in the bathroom was static.

Comfort Inn, their was nothing comfortable about it!! Wasn't told about renovations until after I paid for it. We had to share 1 bath towel, was told they were out. Water dripped from bath tub all night, then construction eenovations started before 8AM the next morning. I am more tired now than i was before i checked in !!! Refund my money expeditiously!!!!

I chose this hotel due to the location, I will never in my life recommend this hotel to a family or friend, The staff from the front desk was unprofessional, unhelpful, according to the hotel description it says daily housekeeping false advertisement, I went to the front desk and asked for clean towels and I was told I needed to wait until next day after 9 am meaning you come from a water park all sweaty and can’t take a shower the smell on the hallway is awful and on the parking lot people smoking pot. Don’t waste your money

Great hotel!

The staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was very spacious. Some of the furniture in the living area show sone wear, and the hallway is undergoing major renovation (paper on hall floors, etc). Even still, I would go back. It was clean and quiet, perfect for my needs.
