So I should've figured this place was no good. But, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. As soon as I got to the place, I was early, but i couldn't check in until 2:00pm. So, I decided to park in back, and have a cigar for my wait. Oh boy was this something I should've nevef done. I had everyone staring at me. Then, a bunch of peopke left. I eventually checked in, and what a horrible stay. So, ai requested a smoking room on the bottom floor, also, it was supposed to be a assesability room, which was not. The room was filthy. The tub was stained with what looked like burns of either a cigarette, or other stuff, I don't want to know about. I noticed there were stains on the countertops as well. The microwaved looked like it wasn't cleaned either. The worst part was the Stink bug(s) in the room. I saw one on the door as I was ready to leave one day. I tried to swish it outside. I don't know if there were more, but I smelt them, so i wouldn't doubt it. Also, when I returned to my room one evening, I smelt a very strong odor of cannabis (weed) in my room. Someone deflated one of my car rental tires. Also, the night before i was leaving (thankfully), the peoson(s) staying next to me must have gotten into a fight bdcause i czn hear banging of the furniture, yelling, and whole bunch of noise. Oh, and I believe there was illegal happening (selling drugs) while I was there. I noticed two men going in and out of rooms, one even carried a tacklebox. Which I assume had the drugs in it,

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely nice. Only thing the bath towels were thin.

The only problem I had was I reserved a king room and when I got there they were all gone and I got a double queen. It was okay tho my only other issue was the bathroom had a little mold on the ceiling but other than that it was okay.

I love this hotel. It’s great! The customer service is amazing as well. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and quiet. The housekeepers are great as well. I got great sleep here.

Staff was very understanding and helpful when there was a mishap with my flight. They accepted my dogs no questions asked (only hotel within 15 minutes of the airport that accepted dogs and had availability.) Only thing I wish would have been different is online they say they offer breakfast but on site they only have coffee?
