The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. The breakfast was delicious and filling not to mention my kids enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate after getting in late at night. Another thing that I really liked was that there was a water fountain on the main floor, so instead of constantly buying water we just refilled our bottles from it. The location was perfect as well, waking distance from shopping and restaurants. Staff was super nice as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Parking was not close to door and there were no luggage carts but that wasn’t fault of establishment. Front desk very cheerful and efficient. Breakfast was OK better than some. Still love Hampton inns.

We are originally from the Douglasville area. We came into town to visit family for the holiday and ended up having car problems. The stay at Hampton Inn was a bright spot in a Christmas vacation that went anything but as planned. The welcoming staff made the check in quick and painless for us and our fur-babies. Our room was clean and just as welcoming. We were able to sleep comfortably through the night with no loud noises that woke us or our fur-babies up. They never barked once during our stay. Thank you and the staff for making our bad vacation end on a bright note.

Hotel was clean and rooms spacious. We had issues with the temp in our room - you could only lower the thermostat to 65F and it was still warm and humid in the room (Outside temp during trip was in the 80s). Water bottle filling station was out of order (believe it was due to needing a filter replaced). Breakfast could have offered healthier choice, but overall was good.
