The phones did not work in the room or on the property. I was given three different reasons why the system was down. At 4AM I had to make a noise complaint and couldn't get through. I tried using my cellphone with no luck.

Very comfortable stay

Our stay was very pleasant. A Saturday night, very quiet, very clean. I don't normally walk on the floors bare foot, but I forgot my slippers and it didn't bother me to walk on the floors bare footed. That's how nice it was. The shower was really nice and huge. We will most definitely stay again and highly recommend. Very nice breakfast area.

We are the Marshall Family, and we stayed there last month. We was so pleased, and we will stay there again. We felt that all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Grace was the lady at the front desk. She is awesome. Grace was also very professional. She has a very nice way that she speaks to you, and she had a nice style the way she dressed. She has great customer service skills, and she was very courteous and friendly. She made our stay very comfortable. Bobby was hard working, and very helpful. He was always doing a great job. The houskeeping staff did a nice job of keeping things nice and clean. Also, the young lady who handles the breakfast did a very nice job keeping everything clean, and making sure the presentation of food was nice. The breakfast food was a nice variety and taste good. We highly recommend for others to stay there, and we will stay there again. The Marshall Family

No power

I checked in Saturday and the process was quick, the staff was welcoming and knolwledgable. My hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I rested well and woke up the next morning to begin my day around 9:24, in the process of preparing to shower and getting dressed the power in the hotel went out. I had to take a shower under low water pressure by using my phone flash light. My attire for today was wrinkle and I didn't have the power to iron. I had to drag my heavy luggage down three flights of stairs and due to the power outage, I wasnt able to recieve a checkout receipt.
