The property was very nice but for the price i paid I was expecting a better and bigger pool.the water was cloudy and the pool very small, i did not find the bar or maybe it didnt have none and reception is really bad on everyones phone, i felt like i was back 20 yrs ago

Arrived for a wedding to find we had no: Closet in the room or any comparable rack to hang out clothes at all anywhere Had to ask housekeeping where the iron was to get ready for the wedding. It was in a drawer in the bathroom. An iron was provided with no ironing board. So, when I should ve been getting ready, I was at the front desk asking for another room. I was told there was no space a d provided with a board and flimsy clothing rack. There was no shelf or hooks in the bathroom for towels and no soap dish in the standing shower. SUPER WEIRD and inconvenient. Who wants to keep bending down for soap? Not to mention the noise 1-2 am in the morning from the room next door. You would think an establishment of this magnitude would at least provide these basic amenities and a quiet environment easily accessed at Super 8, Days and Holiday Inns, and other such hotels. For the over $200 paid, this stay and the lack of basic accommodations was ridiculous. They host weddings, their guests, and parties regularly. They know everyone is going to need an ironing board and a place to hang clothes, etc Would never stay here again or perhaps I can simply avoid Rm 314. Ridiculous

Anniversary getaway

Second year in a row that my husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. We just love it!! The people are beyond helpful and friendly, the rooms are spotless and really comfortable. We love the pool and the winery as well. We will most likely make this an annual trip!

Absolutely beautiful and clean room. Entrance has a magnificent staircase. About 100 feet from chateau is a cafe that serves the best breakfast pizza I’ve ever had. The grounds have ponds, fountains, vineyards, and flowers.

What a beautiful little gem in the middle of nowhere. Had to stay a couple nights when our soccer team advanced to finals and we loved everything about the facility except the Internet. If you have to work, accessibility is space. Jocelyn was fantastic and I can’t say enough about the staff including Joey the bar tender at Taste. That place was a gorgeous surprise. Go!!! It’s across the street from the chateau.

Pretty property.. but terrible check out policy, first, check out time is 10:00 which is pretty early and when we asked for an late check out (on a Wednesday) they charge $50 for it and then it would only be till 12 which is ridiculous. I’ve never been charge for a late check out and hotels usually grant it especially when there is nobody there.

Worse wine resort I have been in my life, 0 service and customer satisfaction, we stayed there 2 nights with my girlfriend, they even charged us for a toothbrush, and for hotel and restaurant it feels like 2 different companies, nobody information about resort or restaurant where is what if you don't ask questions they were not saying anything, and another funny thing, in my life I visited more than 20 wineries but I never paid $45 per bottle for each wine in a winery, besides that if I'm staying at your hotel 2 nights and there is no difference between other daytime visitors I would like to have some discount or something from them, and when we checked in they charged us $160 but they also didn't inform us that at the end of the day when I asked them $100 for deposit $60 for resort service fee, I really don't know what kind of service fee is that and for which service!
