Room was fresh and clean, with everything you could need. It was also very large and comfortable. The staff went way beyond expectations. We arrived early off a cruise and we were allowed into our room hours before checking in time. We were also allowed to stay an extra hour the following day. There was a free shuttle to the airport. Over many years we have stayed in various hotels across all continents. We have never experienced the warmth and welcome we received at The Jetpark. We were blown away. Would definitely recommend. airport.

Woken by very noisy Chinese tour group who congregated near the door to our room at 6am waiting for shuttle bus to airport. Room and breakfast were ok. Would only stay here again if I needed to get to airport early

Plumbing constantly was going off through the night. Very loud. Bed was not very comfortable and it had a type of plastic underlayer that was also loud whenever moving. One of the worse nights of sleep I've had in a hotel (due to hotel factors).

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and the service staff is attentive. It is farther away from restaurants. Which means you'll have to order food and drinks from the hotel, which is can be pricey. If you'd like more food options at a reasonable price, stay at the IBIS.
