EXCELLENT Hotel! We were thrilled with the room, the overall decor, the friendly staff, the (PROMPT!) complimentary airport shuttle, and the Restaurant (which stays open til 10pm for late arrivals! AND has DELICIOUS FOOD!). Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent staff, location, room and breakfast! We arrived into Auckland at 9:30pm and this was the perfect stay for night one. Shuttle was included, which allowed us to head to bed and pick up our rental the next morning. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend booking breakfast with your stay! Clean, comfortable rooms.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. One manager took it upon himself to press AUD when I was making a transaction which I wasn’t going to press so I was a bit taken aback. Liquid soap in shower was empty on arrival and still empty 48 hours later. We swapped it out for soap. Not routinely checked. Overall a great place to stay for a short trip. Close to the airport with free shuttle.

An excellent hotel, arrived having flown in from the UK, found we had been upgraded to an executive room. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful, the room was well equipped the king size bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best I have encountered. Highly recommended
