Handy with the airport shuttle. Room was quite small and had a stale smell as did the foyer. The snack bar downstairs had some good affordable options. The wake up call I booked never happened, when I asked at reception later she said it was still processing in the system (no apology offered) luckily I woke up for my flight.

Our initial experience was NOT good. Upon entering our first room, we noticed a strong, unpleasant odor (resembling body odor/feet) emanating from the rear end of the bed. We immediately requested a room change. While the front desk staff characterized the replacement room as an "upgrade," it felt more like a significant downgrade. The new room was noticeably smaller, sparsely decorated, and critically, suffered from a severe lack of functional power access—there was literally only one visible power outlet in the entire room, which had to be shared with the hot water kettle. Furthermore, during our entire stay, there was a persistent burning/smoky odor noticeable outside the building. These issues greatly detracted from our stay.
