Excellent service and a very nice hotel. The staff was great throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Alex, the front desk agent who assisted us with check-in. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and offered us an upgraded room with more space. Ivan, who served us at the restaurant, was also exceptional—very attentive and professional, with excellent customer service skills. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
