Don’t believe the inviting pictures. Our room was austere at best, complete with rusting dishwasher. The room was musty and the poor carpet cleaning job, not only didn’t clean the carpet but left behind a nasty damp smell. If you’re not one of the lucky few to get a parking spot then parking is frightful. The evening reception staff are utterly incompetent and unhelpful and the lobby in the evening smelled like an ash tray. Such a shame because this place has potential. I’m not one for writing reviews but this place left me with no option. Look elsewhere if you can.

This was a great location next to Victoria Park and downtown Auckland and great family friendly property. We loved the balcony and full kitchen as well as in room laundry. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it!
