The room was clean and the staff was very informative at check in. The flooring was a little confusing because the front check in is on the 2nd floor. The room temperature quickly adjusted to the change in temperature.

It was okay. Room was clean. Check-in was simple. Staff was nice (mostly). We were told breakfast was from 7:00-9:00 am. We went into the breakfast room at 8:40 and most everything was gone and nothing was refilled. My son even had to eat dry breakfast cereal because no more milk would be provided. If you’re not going to keep the breakfast stocked until 9:00, then don’t advertise breakfast until 9:00. Be honest and say you stop serving at 8:30. And one more small thing: We also had to reuse towels because while the reservation was for four people (two adults and two kids), only two towels were provided.
