Great room with a spectacular view of Baltimore Harbor. Valet and front desk were quick and efficient. Comfortable and well designed room. No slip tub/shower-smart. Lobby was under construction/maintenance/upgrade-otherwise we could have said you were perfect.

I liked how convenient the location of the hotel is. Customer service is horrible. All around from front desk, bellmen, bar and restaurant. No hospitality whatsoever. We were here during a rainy day and there were leaks all over the building and they weren't small. The bathrooms in the rooms have sliding farm doors and provide no privacy at all.

Nice Resturant, clean, but unpleasant Check in

I requested early check in and was treated rudely by the lady at the front desk. She brushed me off. Didn’t look at my account to see if I was eve had a confirmation or nothing. I arrived at 6:30 am and didn’t get into my room until I made a complaint and I got my keys at 3:15/3:30. Unacceptable.

We arrived on a rainy cold night. Went to valet the car and no one appeared. We went inside and they told us they were full. We figured it out but it wasn’t a great start especially since we saw several valet spots when we went to park the car.

Check in was chaotic. The valet stand was backed up and caused a literal traffic jam. There was no place to leave your vehicle to check in. Bed was comfortable. The TV reception was poor. Continued to cut in and out. Can be a bit overwhelming finding your way to self park from hotel. Signs are kind of vague. Room could use a small renovation.

First-rate

The Baltimore Marriott Waterfront was first-rate in all respects, beginning with the check-in, in which they upgraded us to a high floor with a spectacular harbor view. We loved everything about the hotel: the staff was helpful and efficient, while the room and location were perfect. From now on, we will always stay here on future visits to Baltimore.
