Overall the stay was good but the jacuzzi had something looked like geeen algie inside the water. People’s kids were getting in the jacuzzi and putting the green stuff in the pool going back and forth, doing flips and splashing everybody that was on the side not in the pool and the bathrooms were filthy. When we said something to the front desk they said they would come and never did. I recommended this place to my friend to take the family and regret it because I have never had an experience like that at this location before.

Great way to end day-after wedding!

I booked this for my son & new bride who got married the night before. They had a great weekend. The a/c was broke in their room & the hotel was quick to move them to another room when notified. Breakfast was awesome and room was very spacious!

There was a lot of trash on the highway side of the motel.My room was very clean. The hallways were clean. The breakfast was great. I did not like being charged for parking. What was I going to do walk there?

Was surprised to find out that there was a charge for parking. Understand if you had multiple vehicles or had a huge vehicle that took up more space. Others should not be paying. The hotel should accommodate a parking spot per unit.

This is a very nice place just some little issues, The food at breakfast is very good and its a nice little getaway. I would like to thank the staff for helping to look for my mother on my last stay, she got lost trying to find the pool. Back to the issues one elevator was down which so we used the on across from it , that one kept stopping in-between floors and was shaking very scary. I had to get off and use the stairs. This is the second time I stayed here and no trash bags.

Good except for elevators

Excellent breakfast and bar service, helpful staff, housekeeping is OK, but out of four elevators on the property, one was not working (and also was out of action when I stayed a year ago), and the rest are slow, and one of the remaining 3 had an erratic call button.

Very, very disappointed that they are charging their customer to park. Obviously, if you booked a room, you are staying overnight. Just for that reason, I will not book there again.

I was disappointed surprisingly the hot tub area was supposed to be for 16 and older and the whole night we were there there were kids ranging from 8 to 13 in the hot tub at least 5 to 10 at a time there were kids running through the hallways, screaming till very late at night when we first got to our room there was a puddle of water just sitting by the toilet we weren’t sure what it was when we decided to wake up early the next morning, so we could actually enjoy the hot tub without a bunch of kids, jumping in and out of it there were ants climbing along the wall. There was something that looked like throw up and hair in the filter just overall was very disappointed, especially with the cleanliness for how expensive the hotel is.
