Front staff was great, location and bus passes were awesome, and the resort was beautiful. Our room was very small, it was hard to negotiate the space with everyone’s bags but the price was good and it was a concession we were willing to make. The room was pretty clean, although there were hairs in the bathtub- we find that’s sadly very common in hotel rooms. Hot caves were excellent but change in your room, it’s quite limited down at the facility.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which I appreciated. One downside was that the room was not very well insulated, so it was a bit noisy at night. The hotel is also a little far from downtown, but this was partly offset by the complimentary public transit passes, which made getting around convenient. Overall, it was a good option for a short stay, especially considering the cleanliness and friendly service.

Our stay was okay. The rooms are very tired and the bed was lumpy and rickety. The hot tub made up for it- was fun to sit and watch the snow fall. Not sure if I would call the hot tub kid friendly as when we went there was all couples and they weren’t very happy with my kid exploring which made it awkward. The next morning we had it to our selves and then was fun. Also, very far out- I knew that going in but walking to the main area felt very long in the cold.

The Fox Hotel is a fun hotel to visit. The staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and well appointed. The Hot Pools are amazing. It is a very close replication of the original Banff Cave and Basin Hot Springs. We had fun, comfort and great food.

Everything was amazing and beautiful, only comment would be it was very slippery right out our front door. Can’t blame Mother Nature but maybe some better gripping for the walk ways outside
