Have stayed at the Fox Hotel previously and everything was amazing so we came back. This time we had a couple issues with our room but the manager was very helpful and sorted things out for us and we were happy. Great place to stay, love the hot tub!

It was a good location. It’s a pet friendly hotel which is great but the pets being allowed definitely showed in the room we were in showed signs of it. The hot tub was a nice area.

The rooms were nice and clean. The grotto warm pool was the highlight for the kids for sure! There is no fridge or microwave but they did provide a kettle and coffee maker in each room. The beds are ‘hotel queens’ which are closer to a double bed. If you have an adjoining room, you can literally hear everything happening in the next room. We unfortunately had dogs in the next room that barked non stop throughout the day. The staff tried diligently to get a hold of the occupants to no avail, they did try to accommodate us by moving us rooms but it was already late in the day and the kids were settled in. The staff were very helpful for sure, just unlucky with unfortunate neighbors.

The room was amazing, all staff was exceptional, friendly and so helpful! Room had everything we needed and more! Check in and out was a breeze.
