The staff was amazing, funny, and engaging when checking us in. The room was cute and cabin-like. There was, however, some mildew or mold in the grout of the shower tiles (in the corners), so i do question how thorough the cleaning staff are considering it takes a bit of time to grow mildew. The hot pools were a neat feature, but had so much chlorine in the water that my skin had rashes from it - i was only able to stay in the hot pools for maybe 20 minutes as a result. I think its overall a really cute place to stay.

The front desk staff was lovely but unfortunately there were several things that went wrong during our one night stay… we got ice from the machine only to later find a used cotton ball in our batch of ice, the charger / alarm clock in the room short circuited and ruined both my friend’s charging cord and block as well as my own, rendering them useless. On top of that our room shared a conjoining door with another room that was empty and throughout the night the two doors would bang on one another keeping us up all night. Lastly the hot pools, though beautiful were more like “warm pools” and given that it was open to the outside air my friends and I were shivering. Considering we paid over $300 for 1 night I feel as though we could have gotten more bang for our buck… however the staff were extremely kind and helpful and for that reason if these improvements could be made I would choose to stay there again in the future

Staff was very curtious. Location is wonderful. The room was decent. Had a couple minor problems with the room on check in. A damaged lamp, and a window crank was broken. They addressed both issues quickly. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub is very neat!

LOVED our stay!! Overall good!! What could use improvement big time is new mattresses! very creakyloud every time my husband moved in his sleep (which is a lot!) . Also we really wished there had been robes included to walk down to the Grotto! The Grotto was very clouded and much smaller than we thought, but still a fun experience. The walls were also super thin so pretty easy to hear your neighbors. However the shower head was amazing and Rocky Mountain soap co toiletries smelled unreal and added to the luxury. Hotel itself is beautiful and decorated wonderfully at Christmas! Loved the heated underground Parking and easy walking accessibility. Overall would come back!

Overall it wasn’t horrible. The hot pool was awesome, however in my opinion, it could have been hotter. The room was good. The door to the room was a pain. The handle was very sticking making it so you had to use effort to open and close. The toilet handle was also sticky and you had to use effort to flush and then push the handle backup.
