I was surprised by the undisclosed $100 deposit that wasn’t mentioned during the booking process. The staff at the reception seemed disinterested in providing service and guiding us around. They mentioned that the hotel would guide us about fox passes (regardless of whether they were paid ones), but the information wasn’t provided. Overall, it was a good experience, but with a $1650 price point for three nights, the service could have been better. I would recommend this place to friends and relatives if the service improves.

When asking about the property and stairs we were told there was only the stairs inside the room which was a lie, we called twice down the front desk and no one ever answered, the carpets were filthy so we had to lay down white sheets for my daughter to crawl on. The list goes on.

The hotel was perfect for us! The fact that it had a pool after long hiking days really set it off. It is about a 10minute walk from the town center but they do provide bus passes as well. The room was spacious, location and amenities were great not to mention the staff was kind and helpful, highly recommend! 💛

Ken at the front desk was welcoming, kind & helpful. We appreciated his guidance and taking the time to answer our questions. I was disappointed at the noise we heard while trying to have downtime or sleep. Lots of banging, could hear people talking through the walls. I also feel that it could have been cleaner. There was mould in the shower; likely due to not thorough cleaning & the fan in the bathroom didnt work.
