Sometimes you think you check-in in a normal looking hotel thinking it will be just ok to spend the night between 2 connecting flight. Here, the level of services if 5*. Manager took care of us like if we were is family. It was comforting in a difficult and stressful moment. Room are well equipped, clean, comfortable. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone I know coming to BKK.
