Didn’t get the type of room I booked. Charged me for break fast. Shuttle was more expensive than a luxury car. Everyone was just in trying to make money out of us. I requested to make a short phone call n the staff gave me her mobile and charged me 20 bath for one minute.
The overall staffs were so rude and unfriendly. The foods were no good but I was charged more than the one written on menu.
I would never go to that hotel again. Nothing is convenient.

The hotel is located at the end of a dark lane.
I paid for breakfast, prior to going and they said that I did not.
Staff wss was friendly place was clean but room was sparse.
What irked me the most was the front desk refu
sed to give me a printed copy of the receipt because I made my booking through Expedia.
Only needed a bed for the night to recover from a long flight.Didnt expect much dor the price BUT i expected it to be at least clean!
Bathroom had hairs on the floor & tapa hadnt been cleaned.

staff are very friendly, wifi was good. no lift, bathroom was dirty, bed cover had a hole. this plase is in middle of nowhere. food wasn't that great. wouldn't recruitment for a family.
Terrible place with terrible service! I paid for breakfast they said I could jot have it because I checked din 1 hour early...BUT they CHARGED me 100baht for that 1 hour early! On top of this the staff treated me like a "dirty foreigner" talikgm down to me and asnwering questions like I was stupid. I'm in your country paying you for crappy service and on top your going to treat me even worse? The hotel is also NOT at all how the pictures show...they make it seem pretty and modern but this place is so old, under cared for and looks as if they just want to trap tourists and do jot care. I called down and asked where to get hot water for coffee and they said; "go to a coffee shop or convenience store Mr. we no have" and then hung up. Despicable waste of money stay far far away from this place!
We have booked a total of 6 rooms, all for twin beds, but when we get there, they demanded that we have to pay 400 Baht extra. They said our deal is only with Expedia and they do not honour it.
Well, I use Expedia's service and we have to pay additional charges. If you do not refund me the 400 Baht x 6 rooms, I really do not have any confidence in booking through Expedia.

Our 2-bed room was not available and they made us pay an additional 300 Baht for a 4-bed room. Then we ended up in a 2-bed room. Very confusing. Basically, they hustled $10 out of us. The place also has very moldy smell
Terrible motel with terrific staff. Always try scam, 5 min drive from airport required extra 200 baht each time, blanket was to pay extra, reception teasing like this is Thailand bot your home country. All the bad words finished, no more to say.
We were already at the airport and wanted to book a hotel for a couple of hours between flights for a shower and snooze. In error - we did not add our child to the booking - however the price for the room for was the same for two people or three people. Upon checking in at the hotel - we were asked for a 1000 Baht key deposit. We had no Thai currency on us so they asked for a passport as security. They then realised we had a child and wanted an extra 500 Baht for the additional person. We explained that we would not be spending the night - but just wanted the room for a few hours and asked if the fee for the extra person could be waived. They insisted on the extra payment and would not agree to us taking in in turns to go shower in the room. To cut a long story short, I explained my story to the Hotels.com agent, who tried calling the hotel herself to (unsuccessfully) ask them to waive the extra person fee. By this stage, it had gone past a reluctance to pay 500 Baht -and between dealing with an aggressive hotel manager and a genuine fear that my passport would not be returned - we opted to leave the hotel and walk to the hotel next door. My husband and child, who briefly make it as far as the room, reported that the room was small, appeared dirty and the shower was more of a wet room over the toilet. The hotel looks WAY better in the pics compared to reality. In hindsight should have payed a little more to stay at the Paragon - where we stayed on the way into Bangkok. Avoid!
As the name states...”Convenient”, and that is a big plus.
I have been staying here overnight , waiting for next day flights, for many years, and never had a problem.
The shuttle service is no longer free, but 200 baht “about six US dollars” is still cheaper and more reliable than a taxi.
It’s a real bargain, but it is not luxury.
This hotel is absolute garbage and they are not honest or reliable. We had to pay an extra 500 baht for literally no reason. They also DO NOT provide free airport shuttle, you have to pay 200 baht for it. Which is garbage. The staff were yelling at my friend and had no respect for us whatsoever. Would highly NOT recommend.
