The decor and room are very dated and wasnt cleaned properly when i checked in. There was someone elses hair and food crumbs near the bed. The shower had pink marks on the tiling and the shower door got stuck several times. No extra toilet paper was left as a backup incase i ran out. No power sockets in the bathroom was inconvenient. No streaming services on television for guests wanting to watch English speaking content. It seems the public spaces in the hotel are well maintained, but the rooms themselves need work, particularly when it was supposed to be an upgraded room. Not really 5* hotel when compared with 5* hotels these days. Hotel room was super basic.

One of my favorite hotels in Thailand! Location, price, staff, gym, clean and safe! I wish the menu was smaller and was more traditional like it used to be here years ago. Food is ok but expensive and not as tasty as street food. Update TVs to smart TVs and upgrade internet! No real complaints! I love this hotel.

Highly recommended! Looks better in person, very friendly staff, great food, clean and luxurious. The only negative part is they take a deposit of 1000 TBH per night and the lighting at night in the room is non existent, can hardly see anything, otherwise it’s worth staying here.
