Great 5 star hotel. Rarely is a 5 start really a 5 star but this one does not disappoint. So many PROS: direct access to BTS and Terminal 21 shopping; Modern rooms w/Japanese toilet; complimentary snacks, beverages; has small refrig & microwave; large windows; very comfortable and very quiet, bed very comfortable; pool is big w/lots of loungers; pool gets full days sun or many umbrellas available. I will stay here again :-)

A fantastic hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, staff super friendly and will go out of their way to make the guests comfortable. The location is great- right next to the subway and the train. Also the hotel is adjacent to a very nice mall and has a direct access to it. Will definitely stay again.

Very convenient hotel with direct access to Terminal 21 shopping complex. Asok BTS and Asok MRT are conveniently accessible from the skywalk level. Large refrigerator, handy microwave, and dishes were provided. They do a quick inspection on check-out before finalizing your bill.

The hotel had a shopping mall right beneath it with lot of dining option which made it convenient. Nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Right on main road in sukhumvit so was convenient to walk to various places and it had access to the train ssstoon right from the lobby itself. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Bangkok
