The reception during check-in on 16 Dec night was not very professional. She told me that I was not entitled to a free upgrade & said that I should call Expedia. Also, the room was not set-up well - there was insufficient bath gel & the room was not carpeted. On the positive side, the other days' staff were very helpful & polite - especially the Concierge.

Very nice hotel. Location is excellent. Breakfast was great. But it’s the staff that made our stay superbly excellent. The staff, all of them, were very helpful, very nice, very courteous. It didn’t matter whom we interacted with. They were all very hospitable.

Great location, staff at lobby was awesome. Room was good to location is unbeatable, service in restaurant and breakfast area was sub-bar and slow out of 4 days 2 one of the coffeemakers in the breakfast area didn’t work ( and 2 wasn’t enough for the amount of people) restaurant staff barely speaks any English which is strange for the area and a 5 star Hotel. We stayed at other Hotels in the area before and this was unexpected. Overall 4 out of 5 as the rest was good

Very convenient, it has a entry connect to the Terminal 21 shopping plaza. I like this plaza because it has lots of Thai individual stores selling different stuffs not like the other mall's stores only anchored with big international brand. The food court located on the top of the plaza is the cheapest in town and lots of choices. Many of the food selling 40 baht....US$1.25. You can try lots of varieties. It is close to BTS and subway. Staff are very nice and rooms are very good.

We liked that the hotel was walkable to shops, and restaurants. All the staff were also very helpful and friendly. The buffet was also affordable and they offered a lot of food variety . We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is top-notch. There is a hot tub in both the Men's and Women's spas, but the outdoor "Hot Tub" was not heated, so that was a complete let down, and the roof top pool closes at 8PM, no wonder it was not busy up there, but looks beautiful! Lost potential in that amenity.

This is a very convenient hotel located in the heart of the city with direct access to the BTS and the huge terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk outside and there are a plethora of eateries, bars and some good Thai massage places also just 2 mins away. I had an early AM flight so was unable to check in until 2pm but the waiting lounge area is very nice, quiet and relaxing with complimentary drinks - coffees, iced lemon tea etc. You can also charge devices here and there is even a working space. I was fortunate to receive the upgrade room which was absolutely fantastic. An amazing panoramic view of the city, lovely comfortable bed, work desk, sofa. Overall a lovely stay, thank you. The complimentary drinks in the fridge was a bit disappointing (just a coke, OJ and juice, no alcohol) but that was the only very minimal negative point. I will stay here again for sure.
