Holiday Inn was great! I think it was renovated before so some parts are new and some look dated but maintained. Location wise was awesome with a BTS nearby and a 7-11 for snacks. Service was top notch and the staff were highly pro active in engaging me or helping out

Always my to-go hotel in BKK. Love the room, its accessibility, staff and breakfast spread. The only thing not that great in my recent stay was the plate was not washed cleanly at the Ginger restaurant. When i picked up a new plate at the buffet table, my hand felt something slimy at the bottom of the plate only to realize its some leftover food residue that did not get washed off properly.
