The room was very well appointed but the floor was located in the back side "corner " and the 10 floor room is adjacent to large airhandling units. Outside the windows. The very loud music from the venue below was very noticeable until 2 AM.

Really nice quality room. Very comfy bed. Soft towels and quiet. Trying to turn the lights on and off in the room however it’s really difficult with the silly touch buttons rather than a positive switch. It does nothing to improve any quality but you can’t see the buttons when it’s dark.

The Landmark is my choice hotel when I am staying in Bangkok. It is a longstanding luxury hotel with every amenity you need. The 24 hour room service is great for me when I am adjusting from the major time difference and jet lag from my flight to Thailand, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Perfect for the business traveler or anyone looking for comfort and high class accomodation.

As always, the Landmark personnel are and were extremely courteous, helpful and professional. The room was absolutely perfect with one minor exception. The pillows were a little to soft for my personal preferences but that didn’t didtract me at all from sleeping well
