After the first night I had about 50 bed bug bites on my legs. One month after the trip, I still have the scabs. The staff didn't do anything other than give me a new room. I had to wait for the room. Amenities lack a 5-star rating. At best it's a 4.5-star hotel. The swimming pool is definitely not up to par for a 5-Star hotel.

Rooms were comfortable enough but not much Thai character. Could have been anywhere. Of note, we were on the 15th floor and could hear noise from Nana night club late at night. Lobby and pool could do with a makeover too. Good value for the location though, close to BTS and plenty of food options including street food court within 5 minutes walk.

was given a room indicated non-smoke but the whole floor is filled with smoke and hard to breath. Contacted the front desk and room switched without problem except the switching process took quite a while. other than that, everything's great!

I have stayed at the Landmark on many occasions and will continue to so. On this stay I had to complain about the noise from a street disco below my room on the 25th floor. Outside the control of the hotel but the room provision was 😩😩😩😩 The hotel were most apologetic⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. For us, it was the perfect location and in the heart of anywhere we needed to go. The hotel helped us with transportation to and from the airport. On our return trip to Bangkok they unexpectedly upgraded our room! They had a breakfast Buffet in the morning (yes, it cost money but it was worth it!). Will be using this hotel the next time we go to Bangkok!
