It was a basic okay room and worked for a couple of nights. There is no coffee maker in the room and the wall separating the bathroom from the room was just glass. hopefully the rooms that have more than 1 twin bed have more than just glass to separate the bathroom. It was loud both in and outside the hotel room. I heard a dog barking and people outside my room on and off.

Apart from the shower being difficult to turn on everything was good. The building is lovely and has a lift. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street. I enjoy hearing city sounds, but late at night it got quite loud one evening. The hotel is clean and in a good location for walking to attractions and getting the Hop on Hop off bus. The staff at front desk were helpful with making reservations.

Great location, pretty sparse on basics like shampoo and towels, nothing outstanding with the staff but nothing bad either. Would consider staying again if they were a little less frugal.

The property is located in an area with many stores for shopping and good restaurants for dining. One of the receptionist i don't know his name was terrible and rude and treat the guests very unfriendly. The rooms are small and do not have small refrigerator and cofee maker and without any facial tissue and floor covering is terrible and ants are present.

The property is in the older part direct next to the Ramblas. Thereby it is a great location. Rooms are okayish. All rooms are different, and ours was relatively small. Do not buy trips at the desk, but search and buy online: just the sagrada is difficult to get due to ticket scalpers. Avoid the breakfast: plenty of better and cheaper options within 5 minutes walk.

There is no airport shuttle. They call a taxi for you and it cost $70 to get to the airport. They provide only one bottle of water for two people for three days. I got bedbug bites on my ankles. The lobby was beautiful, but I saw saw a cockroach come in from the street. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location. Next to attractions. Walking distance to great dining and shops. Port not far by taxi. Wonderful all around but has some steps to check in. There is a lift but the second floor still had a good amount of stairs we had to lug our bags up. My husbands a big guy but something to think about if you cant do that.

It is quite convenient to transportation, also close to a lot of shops, a little bit old of building and facilities, shower room has some issue, too complicated for use, easily get a wet floor, though front desk is quite helpful

Great location but would not stay again

Location is great but you can hear every single thing happening on your floor, above and below. During a 2 night stay both me and my partner were woken up repeatedly by doors being opened and closed loudly and noise from around other rooms. The building is quite old and while beautiful on the ground floor, the room was very tired. Was also surprised there wasn’t an iron for clothes available(you could pay the hotel to iron the clothing instead)
