Not great

Hotel was a little difficult to get to. The drive to entrance is around a closed run down building. The area seemed a bit sketchy. The bed was comfortable but room run down and carpet felt dirty. No closet door or covering, bedding had old cigarette burns, roach in bathroom. We arrived at 8p exhausted from a 10hr drive. All in all it was a bed for the night but I would not stay again.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to in my life! I walked into our room and it smelled horrific. The walls were filthy, like never been washed filthy. The plug ins were not screwed into the wall properly (such a safety hazard) The baseboards were filthy. I don't think the room had been properly cleaned in months. The safe didn't work! When we asked about it, we were told "I don't know about the safe" We were told they never get complaints about their hotel but I find that hard to believe. We were with a bunch of other people (5 rooms total) and 2 others in our group even had cockroaches in their rooms! Nobody slept with their lights on and didn't sleep in the sheets. Stained sheets, cigarette burns, disgusting. DO NOT stay here!

It served our needs, not far from campus and easy to get too. It looks more dated in person than in the pictures but it was clean and felt safe and lots of other parents weekend guests there too. Staff was great

Very strong chemical smell from cleaning solutions. Inconsistent maid service, example one day only one bed was made. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Because of our delayed flight in, we checked in very late and had to wait for clerk to appear which was not ideal when all we wanted to do was sleep. Then checked out very early to catch return flight, night staff wasn’t available or visible. Mattress comfy but beds cheap and noisy. We didn’t use amenities like gym, eat the breakfast, or even the ice machine but I sure heard it working when waiting for night clerk. Bottom line, you get what you pay for.

We booked 7 rooms for a school trip. One room had to be changed due to infestation. One room had holes in the walls and infestation. We had lesking a/c units and non-functioning shower heads. One a/c unit broke our last night there. The parking lot seemed be a collection of broken down and vacant cars. There were a lot of vagrant people hanging out in the parking lot.

I requested a handicapped shower and they would not honor it. They said that because I went through Expedia, they would not give me even a shower chair. I have a lower left leg amputation and it's hard for me to get into a tub. It was also hard to find the entrance to the hotel. Otherwise, it was a clean and comfortable hotel.
