Misleading marketing methods. As I was looking at room options I wanted a large soaking tub with a shower, my husband and I use both. It offered a harbor view but wanted it didn’t say is that the harbour view puts you directly on the street. And it's the main road. Disappointing.
The king bed was large enough but the mattress was hard as a board.
The bathroom was large and spacious with a fabulous soaking tub. The toilet didn’t flush property And my husband almost fell getting out of the shower bc the glass shower door came directly off the wall. Like, really?
We we given a different room a floor down but still on the street. After speaking with the manager he understood our frustration and offered one of their suits, however none were available until 4:30 in the afternoon that day. Our entire day was ruined waiting to move rooms, again.
The spa is a joke. Apparently there is only one person in the whole spa and one room. For spa to be in the name of the hotel that doesn’t fit the bill. We booked this place bc we wanted a couples massage but had to have a mobile company come to us instead.
Our suitit was very nice. A beautiful deck and bathroom but we woke up to ants. And again as my husband is taking a shower the water spout comes off. Laughable at this point.
