Such a lovely setting on the Delaware River. Beautiful woodsy setting with neighboring homes but enough distance to feel very private. The deck overlooking the Delaware was very relaxing. We saw an eagle and other birds while spending time there. The house was very clean and well appointed with kitchen and bathroom needs. The bedrooms are upstairs, bath on the main floor and one bath in the basement. Although an outdoor fire pit and an indoor fireplace are available and well stocked with wood we did not have a fire. Our visit was too early in the season for canoing or kayaking but both as well as water safety needs are available. We hope to return next year!

We had a fantastic three‑night stay at The Knoll in Beach Lake, PA. The home was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed, plus a bunch of things we didn’t even realize we’d want. It was warm and cozy even on a cold April week, and it worked perfectly for our family of four and our dog.The property itself is something special. The grounds are quiet and peaceful, with a babbling brook that leads down to a beautiful deck overlooking the river. Our girls spent hours in the tree house, complete with a swing and a little secret door. We played the most intense game of giant Jenga we’ve ever had, sat by the fire at night, and actually forgot about screens for an entire day, which says a lot.The location is great too. It feels tucked away, but stores are close by, and we enjoyed exploring Narrowsburg and hiking nearby trails.All in all, this place was exactly what we needed. It’s warm, welcoming, and has a kind of magic that makes you want to stay longer than you planned. Thank you for sharing this home with us, we left feeling rested, reconnected, and already talking about when we can come back.

This was our 5th time staying at the Knoll. It never disappoints. Each year there are small upgrades (deck by the river, steps to the bank, AC, etc.). We look forward to returning again next year.

We had a wonderful time at The Knoll! This was the first house I've rented that felt like a home. Real people live here. It has plenty of blankets, pillows, box fans, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. We loved it. We lost electricity for 12 hours while we were there and the owner offered to refund us, but luckily it came back on and we were able to stay. My kids all want to go back soon.

Had an awesome long weekend at The Knoll. The house was perfect. Cozy, clean and very welcoming. The deck on the river was great to sit and take in the view. Got to see the bald eagle who lives across the river. Sitting on the couch watching the fire was a great time. A perfect weekend.

Wonderful location. Quiet, peaceful, lovely paths to the Delaware with a very beautiful deck with rocking chairs to relax and get away and renew. We had an unusual problem with the water pressure and they were very responsive and had it immediately taken care of. Nice screened in porch and although we didn’t use the kayaks or fire pits both would be a great addition to your visit. Thanks Liz for being so pleasant and accommodating!

Great property overall. We were looking to get away and relax and we did. It could have been cleaner--kitchen and bathrooms could use some extra attention for sure. No bathroom on the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are! Also, the pictures of the property don't show how close you are o to other houses--and dogs living on both sides barked a lot!

Cabin is well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need for a river trip and cabin vacation. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were games hiden all over the home as well as a full basement with washer and dryer. The yard was stocked with kayaks, canoes, and wood for the camp fire! The host was patient, kind, and accommodating on every level and I would move in there in a heartbeat. I cannot wait to book again next summer or even maybe for a winter stay!

Nice hideaway

We were in the area for a family reunion and need a place to stay for the weekend. While we didn't get to spend much time at the house itself, we did enjoy the peaceful quiet setting. The house was adequate, comfortable, clean, cozy. I wish we had more time to spend on the deck down by the river. If there is a future family reunion in the area, I would book it again.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful home surrounded by nature. It is so peaceful. We saw several bald eagles down by the river, and hummingbirds, chipmunks, and even a black rat snake crawl down from a tree on the property. We can’t wait to come back again!

Nature Lovers Delight

This home is located in a nature lovers paradise. The house is very nice and the covered porch is great. There is a path down to the river. They have a beautiful large deck overlooking the water and a staircase leading into the river. And the woods surround everything. A true quiet getaway.Liz was so easy to work with and quickly got back to me with any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay!
