The hotel offered a wonderful stay for our trip to the military base. The bed was a little tio hard for me, but everything else was great.

Although advertised as a handicap room. The shower/tub has a 15 in side to step over. The bathroom sink was way too tall for a person in a wheelchair to use and the room is on the 3rd floor. If there was a fire a wheelchair would have to come down 3 stories of stairs as the elevator would shut down.

Safe, clean property with friendly staff

Upon check in, i was greetimg.by staff who were very friendly and courteous. The lobby area was clean. Upon entering the room, i was surprised how clean and apaceous it was. The bed was comfortable. The location was very accessible to restaurants and, shopping. It's in a commercial district that felt safe.

As soon as we exited the elevator on the second floor, the odor of mold or simply unclean carpet hit us. The same order was in the room, we checked in on 05/16 and the air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning at its best. The telephone in the room wasn’t working, nor was the iron. There were very visible spots and stains on the top comforter’s overlay. When addressed, the iron was replaced with a new one. Our stay wasn’t the worst, but the order in the hallways should definitely be fixed!
