WARNING - DO NOT Book this place - it is a discussing trash heap. Its beat up really and smells terrible. The photos show what appears to be wood floors but they turned out to be VERY bad linoleum. Furniture looked like it came from a dump site. Bedding was smelly and had stains on it. We where LUCKY enough to contact Exepdia and they contacted the property and get both my initial and return trip refunded.

Victoria was a great representative who welcomed me. The breakfast at The Greenery was opulent, except who leaves out picante sauce as a condiment offering for scrambled eggs? The room was clean but the water for the shower never got hot enough and the HVAC system could never get the room cool enough. We were also disappointed that the restaurant bar was closed down Christmas eve and Christmas day, but I can't really complain about that if the staff is thin.

We ended up not even staying in the room- there was no hot water available to shower. When we asked for a potential refund, the manager was rude and said there was nothing they could do to help. Set off a series of unfortunate events that led to a pretty awful 25th anniversary

The room was on the first floor and you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hall from people rolling their CLICKETY CLACK luggage to the workers yelling at each other in Spanish. The place is an "afterthought". NO WAY it way worth $174 a night. It's a whole lot nicer on the outside than the inside. Staff was nice, but that's about it. WAY overpriced.
