Fantastic stay! Staff could not do enough to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Loved the bar and snack area. Staff were so lovely and made us a toastie after midnight which was much needed after drinks. Hotel is extremely clean and has the coolest vibes. Seating area is exquisite.

Modern hotel in a good location. Check in was easy & the breakfast was nice. The reception & bar areas are very well decorated but the rooms are basic. Missing a lot of the added extras that make a hotel stay more pleasant. It would have been nice to replace tea & coffee as stayed more than one night, a bottle opener for the bottles of beer the hotel sells, etc. There are plenty of sockets in the room which is good but none near the kettle?? Our room had a dividing door into the next room which was locked but had zero noise insulation, so we didn't have any decent sleep thanks to inconsiderate guests. Hotel felt like it wanted a 'vibe', one night stays for the insta generation. I wouldn't opt to use the chain again.

The rooms are very comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast is good. Bar is well stocked and good. Evening food is really only for handiness and Belfast has lots of great restaurants so no need to eat in the hotel. Great to have games available to amuse. Only other thing was the naff music in the evening was a bit louder than it needed to be.
