The bed was disgusting, there was food stains and chunks on the sheets. Having a bed re-made with someones old dirty sheets, toilet seat worn through to the primer, and an unapologetic staff made the place so uncomfortable that we showered elsewhere and found alternative lodging for the second night. Had we not been checking in at 2am on Christmas, we would've found another hotel that first night as well

Our room was clean, and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We utilized the hot tub which was clean and ready for use. Check in was easy, and I was able to get to my room and park with no issues. We also visited the attached restaurant twice and the food was amazing and so was sitting outside on the patio with the fire tables. We travel often and will return when there's another tournament in this area.

Staff was rude. Too busy texting to even look up and acknowledge my presence. Room was filthy. Complimentary pad of paper was full of last persons notes. I found dirty socks in the bathroom from whoever was in the room before me. Bathroom gross and pink mold in the shower. Definitely not worth $200 a night. Towels at the pool, so small they barely wrapped around me, and I’m a size six. I will not be returning.
