Ponderosa Pines Lodge-MeidÀn 2400 neliön jalka koti on tilava ja valoisa kaksi pÀÀllikkö sviittiÀ, holvikatot ja parketit. On suuria ikkunoita ja liukuovet, jotka unohtaa Ponderosa mÀntyjen rauhallinen ja avoin alue kadun toisella puolella joen Sunriver. Kodissa nukkuu jopa 12 henkilöÀ viidessÀ suuressa huoneessa ja suuri huone, jossa on 60 tuuman LCD-televisio, jossa on maksettu Netflix & Amazon perheen viihdyttÀvÀksi. Se on minuutin kÀvelymatka Deschutes-joen varrelle. Viisitoista minuutin pyörÀretki SHARC AQUATIC AND RECREATION -laitokseen, jossa on 12 rajoittamatonta kulkua. Our family had a wonderful time in your home. The open concept with 2 primary suites worked great. We enjoyed the game room set up in the garage and used the bikes and hot tub as well.The coffee grinder does not work and the departure instructions need to be updated - the recycling center closed 8 months ago and recycling is supposed to be picked up at the same time as the garbage.

Overall, we had a blast with our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. The location was GREAT, quiet and relaxing. Theres a few things i think could be improved upon, especially considering how much things cost these days. Pros---Location!!! , river acess, sharc passes, size of the house, the TVs, and sorround sound. FANS, thanks so much for having a fan available for everyone!!! (Basically one per room) the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware ,, and spices. We brought our own groceries and hit costco the first morning we were there. Cons---- the back deck could use a little love, especially the privacy wall that if you even slightly lean on feels like it may fail/fall off. There are also loose deck boards. The downstairs drain on both showers seems to back up and fill the tub as you shower, while the upstairs shower has like no water pressure. The AC seems to work fantastic downstairs, snd not so much upstairs. It is also locked at 68 degrees. If it were my place id have a portable AC upstairs to help cool it down in the evening. By morning the upstairs was hot, and the family staying downstairs was freeeezing. (But a good thing for August!) I appreciate when people post reviews with the good, bad and ugly. I would absolutely rent this property again so dont take my review as a bunch of complaining, its not meant to be. We went to the water park EVERY day, and theres a lot of things close by to do as a family. We felt very safe the whole stay!

Family reunion

Perfect for multi generational families. Ping pong was a hit, and living spaces were generously sized. Lots of games and separate tvs came in handy. Kitchen was well stocked and having 2 refrigerators was awesome.

This is a great house, especially for anyone traveling with multi-generation group. The house itself has everything from padded, rocking deck chairs to a pack 'n play & stroller. Host was fabulous and very responsive. It's located in a larger resort with great amenities (the two-year old lived at the water park) and a sizeable market minutes away. Board games, ping pong/foosball, hot tub; what more could you want?

Lovely stay.

We liked the house. It was one of the most well-equipped ones we've stayed at in the past several years. It was an inviting property. We loved the area. Usually when we visit Sunriver, we stay a little closer to the village, but this house was in an area that was much quieter and very peaceful. The cleaning was passable. There was hair in the shower, stuff left under the couch, wrappers left on the floor in the master. Things I could pick up/clean on my own. But clearly some things are getting missed in the cleaning process. The kids loved their space in the garage and the adults liked having a welcoming living area to visit in upstairs. The biggest issue we ran into was you have a house that sleeps 12 (we only had 6) and have enough warm (not hot, just warm) water for one person to take a three minute shower. Reliably had issues with the lack of hot water. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here!

Sweet spot in Sunriver!

We are a group of 3 families - 6 adults and 6 kids ranging 4-15. We travel to Sunriver for the winter break every year and this house was a perfect fit! Loved the bunk room and the kids hang spot in the converted garage. Host was super communicative and we really appreciated the keyless entry!

Perfect for Family Vacation

We traveled with our kids, my parents, my husband’s parents, and my brother and his girlfriend for a week. We also had our medium sized dog with us, and my mother-in-law had her dog. Everyone was able to have their own private sleeping space and enough space to gather together for meals and evening games. Property was clean. Nothing fancy or over the top, but we aren’t fancy people. The location was convenient and quieter than properties we had previously rented closer to the village. Would definitely come back!

A week of family fun.

The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items. It was the perfect size for our multi generation family. A 4 star overall rating is due to the non functioning washing machine during our stay. This was a challenge with 10 people in the home. The property management staff was very responsive to the problem by sending repairmen several times and delivering several towel exchanges. The river location is excellent! We would highly recommend a stay in this home.

Lovely Spacious Home

The house was spacious, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. There was good light throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for all kinds of cooking. We appreciated the 5 bedrooms (two bunks for kids) and the welcome for two pets. There was no entry info from VRBO 3 days before arrival. I called owner. She had it sent. Appreciated her help and cheerfulness.

Family Fun

We enjoyed this house for our family vacation. The 5 bedrooms accommodated our entire family. Be aware that there are stairs that we had to block off from an active toddler. The bikes were great to use and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a warm week so having air conditioning was also a plus. Checkin and checkout process was explained well.

Fun family gathering in Sunriver OR!

House was as described- comfortable, clean and roomy. Safety gate on the top floor was fantastic for keeping the 20mo year old from using the stairs without adult supervision. Loved riding the bikes and using the hot tub.

The general layout of the home was great. We enjoyed the large table for eating. It was nice that it accommodated all 10 of us. The bedroom configuration was great and worked for our family. That has been an issue with past homes. The recreation was super. We enjoyed the Sharc passes, bikes and hot tub. Our overall satisfaction with the house was very high. I would like to make some suggestions for better informing future guests. List where and how to get to garbage cans, the location of the beach towels and stove instructions. We are familiar with gas stoves however the lighting process was not automatic. The screws for locking the hot tub and the bike enclosure were stripped out. We found both problems with the security upon our arrival, but locked both up or made them appear to be locked when we departed. Thanks again for sharing your house,

Wonderful Family Home

Very large home and close to the river. Enjoyed waking to the river and tubing to the canoe takeout. Bike trails are amazing! House has been updated with central air and was very comfortable during our entire stay as the weather was in the 80s & 90s. Thank you!

Nice home

We enjoyed our stay. House worked sleek for adults and kids. Enjoyed the bikes, safe riding for the kids on culdesac. We loved being close to the river. House was clean. Kitchen is well aappointed. Good AC! Only suggestion would be to fix the large sliding door onto patio. It’s heavy and it’s difficult to open and close. A good cleaning of track and some WD 40 would probably do it. We would definitely rent this home again!!

Fantastic home for large group in Sunriver

We held a large family reunion in Sunriver and chose 1 Gannet as one of three homes for our attendees. We were not disappointed. The house is spacious and well-designed. It is well-stocked with kitchen utensils, spices and condiments, bikes, toys, two large refrigerators — you name it. We will look to this property for future gatherings.

Amazing vacation home!

Wonderful home and very kind owners. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked. Great bikes, hot tub, etc. Communication with the property management company was bumpy -- not sending check-in info (or perhaps sending it to the wrong email?), but aside from that, it was a great vacation!

Another wonderful experience at Sunriver

I would like to thank Roberta first of all for accommodating our family reunion! This actually took 2 years to get together due to Covid issues and Roberta was very understanding of our need to postpone our initial dates. The home was in a very quiet, calm neighborhood, river access was easy - everything was in good condition and the weather was perfect! I would definitely recommend this home to any larger group that would like to be in "one place" - there are many types of accommodations in Sunriver, but I would highly recommend this home if your goal is a fun, stressfree experience. Fun Winter weekend

We had a fabulous Presidents Day Weekend with 10 adults in the house- skiing the mountain and trails and walking the river! Well appointed kitchen and plenty of room.

Wonderful experience

The house is immaculately clean, cheery and bright, in a great location and nice neighborhood, has an open layout for a perfect family gathering, decorated throughout with class, excellently equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry and garage. It has cozy and comfortable furniture, beds, pillows, linens,, huge TVs with Netflix and other services. The garage even has a large flat screen tv with a living room like seating area and a ping pong table,. Although we did not use, there were many bikes and even sleds available for guests. The walking/bike path is easily accessed behind the property, the golf course is just a few blocks away, the river is across the street, and the north pool is a short walk down the road. We will rent again in the late summer and winter. We’ve rented in Sunriver many many times (at least 35 times in both the summer and winter,) and this house was the best. The owner is extremely nice, responsive, warm and accommodating. You can’t go wrong renting this awesome vacation rental home. We would give 10 stars if we could! Thank you to the owners of this home! Our family had a great holiday vacation over New Years!

Snowy Christmas

We enjoyed our week of being together in this two level home. The great room was large enough for our group of nine. The hot tub was a treat after skiing, and the grill was great to rescue Christmas dinner during a power outage. Access to the home is up the steps to the front door, which was a bit trying in the deep snow (we did not have use of a garage door opener). The garage is outfitted for summer enjoyment. We used the ping pong table for all our wrapped Christmas gifts. Lots of TVs are available, including in the bunk room, which had the most comfortable mattresses. We were able to rent a pack and play for our youngest grandson. In all this is great home for a multi-generation stay.
