Great location by the Fish Market with amazing views of the ford, mountains and UNESCO heritage area. Hotel room lacked amenities like nice towels, towel hooks shelf in shower for shampoo and soaps.

This is a great location while in Bergen! Super walkable, great view and the breakfast was really great! They also have free coffee and tea in the lobby. Staff were kind. I just wish the rooftop was open beginning of May

This is a great hotel considering the room tariff I paid for my three nights stay at Magic Hotel. The hotel location is one of the best and just across the fish market. The staff are also great. Though I booked their least priced room but the front desk upgraded me to the harbor view room. The room was really big and the bathroom was also good size. The bathroom was very clean. The bed and linen all private of very good quality. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and they have 24 hours free coffee and tea in the reception and also a restaurant in the hotel. There is no wardrobe or phone or iron in the room. But overall I was very happy that I booked this hotel.

Walking distance from main spots in Bergen.Perfect position to explore. Stop for airport bus 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is ok. Restaurant in the hotel if needed. Supermarket around the corner. Good size room, more than average. Quiet and safe area. It is not a luxury hotel but absolutely perfect!

We loved our room. Best value for the money on our 10 day trip in Norway. We had a twin room with harbor view which was very spacious and the view was beautiful. There were plenty of options on the breakfast buffet and it was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Bergen.

Great hotel let down by the weekend nightclub

We were on the 3rd floor but had move rooms to the 5th, at 1am Saturday morning due to the noise of the nightclub in the basement. It was just unbearable. It is on every Fri/Sat night. Not mentioned in the hotel website I could see. Other than that, hotel is great. Great rooms. Staff very friendly. Fantastic location near the Light Railway and tourist attractions. Just make sure you ask for a 5th floor room if you there at weekend.
