My Souterrain 3-bedroom newly renovated apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Wrangle-Kiez Kreuzberg area. Perfect for getting around to see the sights or sampling the best of Berlin`s night life.
The apartment features 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends.
This apartment is in a residential building, so it is not recommended for groups who want to party all night long.
The apartment is 85 m^2 divided up into 4 rooms. 3 of which are bedrooms. You would be living just a stones throw from the famous Görlitzer Park and the Wrangle-Kiez area of Kreuzburg.
There is a fully functional open kitchen/living room area for you including hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.
There`s a sofa and 2 chairs for you to relax in whilst watching TV. Netflix is available with your own account only.

All bed linens are provided along with towels.
The bathroom is compact. It contains a toilet, sink and a shower. There is an ironing board and iron. A hairdryer is also provided.
Internet is connected so you can stay in touch with family and friends and tell them how great Berlin is.

The neighbourhood is very vibrant. Loads of cafés, bars and restaurants. Kreuzberg is one trendy area of Berlin where there is always something going on.
The famous street food Market is just a few minutes walk away as well as `Oranienstrasse` which caters for all types of food.
`Warschauer Brücke` is walking distance which takes you to the fairly new Eastside Mall as well as the East Side Gallery. The Mercedes Benz arena and the famous RAW-Gelände are also within walking distance.
A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
