Excellent stay. Lovely service. We had one of the smaller rooms but the space was designed nicely. We loved that the metro pass was included, and the breakfast was fantastic! Also, super quick and easy to/from the main train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel while visiting Bern. Easy to hop on the bus (free with a pass from the hotel) and head to old town to walk around. The breakfast was excellent, many options. We used the hotel parking which was convenient.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel! Location is very convenient and offers easy access to all touristic points. Front desk people are super friendly and make you feel welcome and at home! Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the entire property was well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options. The location was convenient—just a short walk or bus ride to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Great breakfast. Nice games for kids. They used to have a really good video game for kids but have got rid of it. This is a shame. The kids loved it. Nice area for transport. Good place.
