Convenient in Gaithersburg

Hotel is in a great location. Easy access to I 270. Great parking. The room was wonderfully quiet and very clean. The hotel could you an update to refresh the lobby. I will stay again.

The staff was nice and professional when I encountered them. The property was very clean, but extremely outdated. Half the lights on our room didn't work and the bathroom definitely needed to be redone. The caulk lines were stained and peeling away from the tub surround. For a hotel room, with bed bug scares everywhere, I feel the carpet in the rooms need to be removed in the foyer area and replaced with tile.

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean but I could only rate them a one for cleanliness due to the conditions of our room. Someone with a pet (cat or dog) must have stayed in our room because there was cat or dog hair everywhere. It was quite upsetting because it was stuck on our clothes. The other thing was the bath tub was disgusting. There were stains in it and then the water wouldn't go down so you had to stand in a pool of water when taking a shower.

It was okay

It was okay. The bathtub stopper was not holding up well which made showers turn into bath like water park. Also I paid a deposit to hold a room with one king bed but when got there they said they had none. And we had to sleep with two twin beds lol they couldn’t have been queen size. it was like we had to sleep in each bed to be comfortable

Lady at counter don't care what you reserve.

When checking in the lady at the counter didn't want to give us a room with a King size bed, even though I showed her on my confirmation that it was reserved with a KING size bed, really disappointed.
