The room was nice, with comfortable beds. Taking a shower was with temperature shifting up and down which wasn't very easy to manage. Breakfast has a great variety, but expensive. Check-in was helpful, but took a very long time, with a long queue.

Problematic check-in

Instructions about check-in where followed exactly as received, and even so, at 11 pm, I could not get the card to the room on the automatic machines. No person was available to help either. So I spent quite some time calling the phone number until finally some person answered and gave me the code I needed. Why was the code not sent via email or SMS prior to arrival? Why was the machine not able to find me by name?

Generell sehr zu empfehlen. Nur die Anfahrt ist zur Zeit katastrophal. Die Straße ist gesperrt, die Umleitungen führen in nirgendwo beziehungsweise von einer Sperrung in die andere. Trotz Kontakt wurde man vom Hotel nicht auf diese Situation hingewiesen daher nur vier Sterne, ansonsten wären es fünf gewesen.
