Clean room but smelt; Excellent customer service

The room we were assigned was clean however there's a pungent smell when we first opened the door going in. Smelt like it was stuck closed or a sewer issue. We had to buy a Lysol spray to get rid of it. We enjoyed our stay so far and the customer service was excellent.
