The room was clean and simple ,pretty standard. Location was perfect. We walked to the village. The lake was only about 3 minute walk , feel like a private lake. Not a lot of people, only the hotel guests. We were happy with the stay. We left one night early because we didn’t want to get stuck in traffic coming down

This is the first day I've been back since prior to the pandemic it was wonderful to be in the same room that I was in prior I enjoyed my stay as before and was very pleased with the updates to the room I stayed in the family suite with my family and we had a wonderful time thank you very much and I will see you next year 💯👍👍👍

We came in after the front office had closed but we had no problem checking in because of their wonderful instructions. The room is clean and spacious. Simple, but good amenities. Walkable distance from the village, cafes/restaurants, and rental places.

My parents came for a 1 night quick stay in Oct and they had no heater and no extra blankets. My dad slept in the car with the heater on and my mom left with a cold. In the morning when they raised concern about it being cold and heater wasn’t working Karla the manager yelled at my mom and aggressively told her it was only chilly and they had their heat off for the summer. (There was no one at night when my parents checked in to address the issue) SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Nice motel. Overall clean. We ate our dinner at the outdoor picnic table. Microwave and fridge really helped. We used fireplace at midnight and the room was heated very quickly.

This was my second enjoyable stay here. The staff are consistently nice. The rooms and location were quiet. The motel is on Big Bear Blvd. (busy street at times), but it sits down and away from the road so you don't notice or hear the traffic.

Cozy, comfortable room. Young lady in yhe office was very personable. Enjoyed the lake view and table and chairs outside the room. Only negative was how loud the next rooms plumbing was..ie..toilet flushing.

Booked two nights however needed to leave early and only stayed 1 night. It was nice and convenient for the purposes we needed this hotel for. Would stay again. Close to Octoberfest festival!

No air conditioning the only way to cool the room was to open the window and place a fan. Everyone walking by could see in your room. They didn’t have any ice. The hotel was outdated but clean.
