the shower had hairs in it, floor was not cleaned properly in the washroom and there was chips on the floor by the bed! the couch was soiled and dirty! not a good experience.

Overall nice hotel. I wish whoever mentioned the hair in bed wouldn’t have because it caused us to inspect and let’s just say it’s true, ignorance is bliss. Kind of like finding hair in food. Should have reported it to front desk but honestly I was too tired. If it wasn’t for this I would rate it 5 stars. Everything else was perfect.

The property was nice and the staff was very nice. The carpet in our room had crumbs on the floor but the bathroom was clean. The lobby was clean but the elevator wasn’t the cleanest
