We had a problem with our booking due to a last-minute hospital reschedule. The hotel reached out proactively and was very supportive in helping us adjust our stay after the fact. Their understanding and flexibility made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Excellent customer service and communication — highly recommend!

we have been using this hotel because its close to the hospital. we have stayed here a few times for pre opt stuff. Mother is having heart surgery. Surgery was rescheduled the day before,so it was last minute. it was pushed out for October 30th. Hotel refused to let us change days. so we lost the $ for that night. I do understand policy but this was greed. I am someone in the hospitality business myself its just good practice to help the customer. we wont use this hotel again.
