On arrival front desk staff did not check the rate properly and charged for breakfast only to have to refund later when proven it was included. Room was incredibly basic, door did not close and needed to be kicked to close and then leaned against to lock. Temperature control was broken leaving the room at a very cold temperature irrespective of the user input. Pillows were rubbish - even with 4 stacked they still went flat as a pancake. Wifi dropped frequently. Breakfast was a shambles - cereal was circa 10% dust and stale, the coffee was barely drinkable, and you can hear anything above a whisper from neighbouring rooms - every toilet flush, burp, conversation, opening drawers, their tv, stirring drinks, or other activity. The only good point was the staff in general were polite and friendly as you would expect.
