For the money we paid we expected more! The bed was rock hard we barely slept and we both got up with aches and pains. There was a separate toilet which was so small you had to manoeuvre carefully in and out if it. The bath was very high to climb in to use as a shower with no grab/hand rail to steady you climbing out. We would have had a better night in the Ibis hotel for a fraction of the price but wanted to make the start of our Ruby Anniversary holiday special !

Very friendly and super convenient for airport

Really lovely staff, super close to the airport which was fantastic as we were getting a really early flight. The reception area and the bar and restaurant were very stylish and comfortable but the restaurant food felt overpriced, although it was nice. The room wasn’t huge but that was ok as it was just a bed for the night and it was very clean and comfortable. We’d definitely use again when we fly from Birmingham Airport.

THE GYM

whats the point of having a gym that doesn't open until 8am? Not really helpful for people using it for business. at work for 8 also the lighting in the room isn't ideal
