Beautiful hotel, comfy and clean rooms, we got a complementary up grade and early check in, good location trams are over the road, parking at five ways was easy and round the corner, would stay again!

We had the noise of a boiler/heating keeping us up all night, the flush in the room didn’t work, we could hear everytime the elevator was used as we was places right next to it on the 10th floor and at 7am police were banging on the door opposite to us and causing a racket for 45 mins we could hear the whole conversation which involved attacking a woman. Won’t be returning ever.
