Not recommended if you need airport shuttle

There were several issues wrong with this hotel. But lets start with what I did like. I liked the fact that it was 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel lobby was clean. And these are the things I did not like, starting with worst to least worst. The elevator. Going from level 3 to level 1, the elevator had me stuck on level 2 for quite some time before eventually opening its doors and let me out on Level 2. I took the stairs after that and I will probably never ride another elevator ever again. Next, even though the website states they offer airport shuttle, they only have airport shuttle on select days or whenever they have drivers working that day. I was only able to get a ride to the airport (and not from the airport). Next, the website states they offer free daily breakfast. Breakfast was not available on Monday labor day. Front desk guy said it was because it was a holiday. Again, misleading on their website. My room did not have any bugs in it, but the comforter/top sheet had cig burns on it, the floor was sticky and both the pillows & mattress were not comfortable. I am not sure if this was a me problem or a bed problem but I hardly got any sleep. All in all it was not worth the price I paid for 1 night with all the things they were supposed to have but didn't have. I will not be staying here again.

We had reserved 2 rooms with nonsmoking king beds on Expedia! When we checked in after midnight, there was only record of one room reservation! One of the rooms was then changed to a room with 2 double beds. Our friends went to their room, water was left on in the tub & it was nearly overflowing with wet towels on the side. There was an horrible smell in the room! After working with the receptionist, we finally were given a room with a king bed that was definitely a smoking room! We went down to the front desk & we were finally given another room! The mattress was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning went on & off continuously all night! When we went down to breakfast, there were fruit loops all over the elevator! Breakfast was scarce and what was there, was almost no edible-no sausage, no eggs, waffle maker not working! We would not recommend your facility to anyone! Very disappointed in your facility!

Cheep and it shows

The place needs to be refurbished. Elevator lights for the floors did not work. Elevator certificate of inspection expired in 2024. Overall condition of the hotel was poor.

Hotel itself was fine, and my room seemed pretty clean. I left very early in the morning, and there was a key drop off box, so I just left without checking out with the front desk person. Fast forward a couple of days-I realize that my driver’s license was missing. I realize that the last time I had it was when I gave it to the person at the front desk. My fiancé calls and I’m listening to the conversation while I check all of my bags and search my car. It was so frustrating because we couldn’t even get the person we got ahold of to look. Instead, my fiancé was basically having to explain why they would have my license (even though giving your license at check in is very normal at hotels, and a thing they did). She told us that we could go back

First of all there was only one person working and that person was also providing transportation to the airport, so the front desk was shut down during transportation rides. The place just looked worn down and tired. The elevator light did not work some of the time and the door was stuck once when I was on it. The room a/c was turned off so the room was hot and took awhile to cool down. The small coffee maker in the room did not work. And the worst part was that I got bit by Bed Bugs during the night. This property should be shut down and redone. Very disappointed in Wyndham.

Absolutely Terrible Hotel

We were rerouted on our flight, so had to stay at this location near the airport. On checking in at 230AM, the entire lobby was overwhelming with marijuana smell. The woman working the front desk was clearly high/inebriated as she spent several minutes just staring at my drivers license and the computer without doing anything. Our room was a complete disaster. Look at the pictures. Crumbling drywall, mold on the bathroom ceiling, water standing in the bathtub, mold growing in the sink, toilets cracked. If it wasn't 230AM we would have been getting out of there. Went down to check out the complimentary breakfast, which requires a ticket because apparently it's so coveted that you need a ticket for entry. But still had to check out the "hot breakfast" of grits and 2 sausage links. FYI- there was currently 2 people eating. And that's the hot food remaining. Hotels.com tried to get me a refund but after repeated attempts, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I contacted Ramada/Wyndham corporate directly with multiple complaints and also showed them the state of this hotel, and they were able to offer 1000 Wyndham rewards points (the equivalent of $4 when trying to book a different hotel). Do yourself a favor - don't go anywhere near this place. Calling it a disaster is putting it nicely.

This property is very dated. The man at the front desk was no friendly and gave no information about the hotel or its amenities. The room lacked tissues and was hot and smelly. The television was broken and there was no phone to report this so i had to walk downstairs to complain. Then they changed the room and it had no remote control. The beds are really high and not feasible for elderly people to lay in. The hallway was loud and you constantly heard people slamming their doors. There is an ice machine but no room ice buckets. The only vending machine was a soda machine. The elevator was old and made noises. I was completely disappointed with this hotel and will not stay here nor recommend it in the future.
