Good hotel overall!

Overall the stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great! Parking was a bit stressful especially in the evening on the weekends. But overall I would definitely stay here again!

Just ok.

The hotel is ok; none of the front desk staff was friendly, and the female that checked me in was rude and told me nothing about the property. The parking garage is a nightmare. Room was ok, but the bed wasn’t comfortable and carpet could use a good cleaning. I would probably stay elsewhere next time at $150/night. Proximity to downtown was the best part.

Awful!

Do not stay here! Poorly managed and not clean. They checked me out just because the shuttle driver told them he took me to the airport despite me having a reservation for several more nights. Housekeeping only comes every three days and even when they are supposed to they don’t. They left a huge bag of trash in my room after I complained they had T cleaned it when they were supposed to. It’s a disaster. Avoid at all costs. I was stuck her for 9 nights due to a work engagement.

Very mediocre

This hotel was just so so. Front desk staff were very friendly. Parking was a pain the butt. Rooms were very small. Our room had obviously not been vacuumed well. String, lint on the carpet & stuff under the bed. Mattresses in our room were very old, saggy. Bathroom door was very squeaky. When I arrived home, noticed that my card had been charged $50 extra than what was on my receipt for both rooms we rented. Would not stay here again..
